When I drilled holes for trim tabs on the port side of the transom, rain water came out. I've read similar stories with other boats. Anyone know where the water is getting in and how to stop it?

Welcome Aboard CBlanc. How much water is coming out. Have you had the transom checked for water infiltration with a moisture meter.

Also the two hatches have drains inside that leak before the hose that takes water out the side

It's a brand new boat, the water is coming from an inside sealed compartment.

I figured it out, the water was coming from unsealed area around the battery holder.
