It may, if I had one. Just resigned to doing the old fashioned way, one finger wrapped in rag with lots of rubbing.

I could be wrong but my understanding of the chemical makup is that there has to be some speed ie friction for the product to work. I guess that means being creative and using the edge of the buffer in small tight spaces :-)

Call it what they will, rubbing compound is rubbing compound. Basically a paste suspending an abrasive. Rubbing by hand only makes it cat slower.
I tried the buffing wheel on edge in several areas, still left a shadow. If I could easily reach, and have some reassonable belief that the mounting pins would not snap off while undoing the nuts, I would remove the offending ornamentation. Then buff, then reinstall.

Picked up mine yesterday 1 litre from Sherwin Williams. Also bought the recommended black pad for and their wax total bill $35.93 plus HST

Everything was on sale.

Sounds like a great deal. I tried a little on my brothers boat. It was amazing. his hull was a chalky white and where I did a quick buff you can now see a reflection. Whoops now he will have to do the whole boat :ohmy:
