I have started the Article on the rebuild of the swim platform on our 1990 Sunray Infinity. You can access the article in the Technical Articles section of the site. I will continue to update the article as the work progresses I hope it assists with any of your own projects

More photos of the work added. In these photos you can see how wet and rotten the core was. By the time it was removed the platform was about 30 lbs lighter.

It is going good there are more pictures in the article. All the core is removed and I am finisihing up the removal of the last peices of the fiberglass encapsulation. I hope to sand it today and dry fit the marine plywood I picked up yesterday $177 for a 4x8 sheet 3/4 inch
